codegen 與 HPO 共用一份商業授權
PineForge codegen 與 PineForge HPO（pineforge-hpo）可免費用於個人交易及非商業用途，包括學校、大學、公立研究機構、慈善組織及政府機關的教學、研究與其他業務。除個人交易外，資產管理對任何人都不免費：管理投資資金、提供相關建議或進行交易，包括捐贈基金、退休金、公共基金及基金會庫款，均屬商業使用。為公司或基金使用、嵌入或隨您提供的產品或服務搭售，以及用於託管服務，也屬商業使用。商業使用需要商業授權。
商業授權涵蓋的範圍

指南如何判斷
先確認預定被授權人。組織不能用 Solo 或個人交易授權。自然人可為符合條件的個人持資實體選 Solo。為雇主工作時，登記雇主為被授權人。只計入該被授權人實質擁有的資金；符合條件的個人帳戶不是公司資金。僅以股東、成員或合夥人身分持有被授權人本身的權益，不會使其資金成為外部資金，基金或集合投資載體除外。
- 先確認預定被授權人，再回答用途 2、4、8 與 9。自然人被授權人若涉及用途 2，問題 3 會詢問是否獨自操作資助交易帳戶或家庭外親屬、朋友、初期客戶的資金，合計不超過 $1M。組織不能用 Solo。除符合條件的個人交易，資產管理均需商業授權。
- 組織由問題 5 判斷是否為列出的非商業組織，6 判斷是否用於資產管理。非投資使用仍免費。自然人透過組織描述用途 4 時，問題 7 確認是否為符合條件的個人持資實體；否則請選組織為被授權人。
- 若此前尚無不論其他答案如何都需要商業授權的用途，四類用途任一答「是」後，問題 14 問是否全為非商業目的。「是」則不需商業授權，否則需要。Solo 涵蓋這類自有公司的用途（2）及問題 3 答「是」的一人用途（1）；Team 涵蓋一組織的用途（2）；Fund 增加他人資金（1）及捐贈基金、退休基金等其他資產管理；OEM / Embedded 涵蓋產品（3）與託管服務（4）。各用途需依適用等級分別下單；合併訂購或個別產品範圍請聯絡授權團隊。目前尚未實作合併結帳流程。
- 四類用途均答「否」時，問題 11 至 13 確認個人交易：個人以自有資金（含家庭資金與融資借款）為自有帳戶（含家庭、聯名及退休帳戶）交易。三個「是」表示不需商業授權；否則由問題 14 決定，非商業目的不需要，其他用途需透過報價購買。
問題列表
- 1.預定的被授權人是否為組織，而不是身為自然人的您？選擇持有各份訂單的個人或組織。員工回答時，雇主的自有資金仍屬雇主。Solo 只能登記自然人，包括其符合條件的個人持資實體；公司不能成為 Solo 被授權人。
