Verify a license

Check a commercial license covering PineForge codegen and PineForge HPO (pineforge-hpo, from version 0.11.0) by its id, or check a signed license file. The check shows what the agreement makes public: the licensee's name (for Solo, the licensee's own name) and country, the plan and its limits, the term and the date of issue, live or test, the agreement's version, the name and sha256 of the LICENSE text held when the license was issued, the signing key, and whether the license is valid, expired or revoked. It never shows the amounts stated at checkout.
