This is the checkout for one commercial license covering PineForge codegen and PineForge HPO (pineforge-hpo, from version 0.11.0): it reads the plan from its address and needs JavaScript to show the order form. The plans and prices are on the plans page. Software can start an order without this page: POST /api/checkout as /openapi.json documents, once a person authorized to bind the licensee has read and accepted the agreement; that person then pays at the returned url.
